Webex Calls#

The Webex Calls dashboard provides a reporting overview of calling statistics for users at a tenant, including CDR references, top inbound and outbound trunks (reflecting the number of calls that have gone through each trunk).

You can also drill down on each user to view their call statistics, including called or calling parties, their total number of calls and call trends for the query period (for example, last 30 days).

Click the information icon at each widget for details on data contained in the widget.
