Tag CTI port as Contact Center agent line#
In the Admin Portal, go to Agent Lines.
Set the relevant hierarchy path (Provider, Reseller, Customer, Site).
Click the Plus icon (+) to add a new CTI port.
At Device Type, select Phone.
At Device Name, select a port from the list of device names.
At Line, select the line.
At Application User, select pguser.
Save your changes.
Repeat this procedure for both LCP and RCP ports.
