Edit or delete Contact Center servers#

Edit a Contact Center server#

  1. Log in to Automate as provider or reseller admin.

  2. Choose the Customer hierarchy level.

  3. Go to the Servers page for Contact Center.

  4. Click the Contact Center server that you want to edit and modify the required fields.

    Note

    The Contact Center server name is read-only and can’t be changed.

  5. Save your changes.

Delete a Contact Center server#

Prerequisites:

  • Delete the Contact Center service and parameters associated with Contact Center server.

Perform these steps:

  1. Log in to Automate as provider or reseller admin.

  2. Choose the Customer hierarchy level.

  3. Go to the Servers page for Contact Center.

  4. Select the checkbox adjacent to the name of the Contact Server/s you wish to delete.

  5. Click Delete, then click Yes to confirm.
