Prerequisites¶
End-user provisioning with VOSS Automate depends on the completion of the following customer onboarding tasks:
Devices defined (Cisco Unified Communications Manager, UC applications, WebEx)
Network Device Lists (NDLs) created
Single Sign On enabled, if necessary
LDAP integration enabled, if necessary
Any customer equipment to be monitored defined
Customer sites defined with associated NDLs
Directory Number Inventory configured
Voice Mail service defined and associated with a customer
