VOSS Product Suite 25.4 delivers a wide range of enhancements across the portfolio, combining core capabilities with product-specific improvements.

Core functionality introduces AI-driven innovations such as AI Anomaly Detection for estate insights, a flexible Alerting engine to trigger notifications and automated workflows, and the MCP Server to simplify integration with external AI agents. UC Automation expands Cisco and Microsoft workflows, while UC Monitoring completes portal consolidation into the core portal for improved user experience and consistency. The release also introduces Meeting Room Management for consolidated control and analytics across Cisco and Microsoft environments, expands License Management with enhanced Microsoft usage and cost analysis, and updates NetFlow dashboards to provide greater visibility into collected data and metrics. This maintenance release for Automate 24.2 brings valuable enhancements and critical fixes to ensure seamless performance and user experience.

Key updates include the introduction of a new "Unchanged" status for number range management and support for the Cisco VG410 gateway product. We've also automated the conversion of inactive CUCM LDAP users to Local CUCM users during sync, and added support for additional operations on some models, as well as alternative Microsoft cloud environments. Enhancements also include a new Webex user provisioning template, improved Microsoft user staging, and numerous fixes for accessibility, dashboard widgets, custom themes, device models, and workflow improvements. This maintenance release for Automate 24.1 addresses a range of defects, adds performance optimization, and introduces a number of small enhancements.

For example, we now support the ability to manage authorized admin users for Microsoft Call Queues and Auto Attendants, and provide greater flexibility around SSO configuration. Additionally, we've enhanced the Microsoft offboarding and onboarding functionality, and include several important security updates for Self-service.
