Manage Caller Input Keys¶
Click Voicemail on the button bar to open the Voicemail Settings screen.
In the Caller Input area of the screen, configure the caller input keys:
Click on the required key (*, #, or 0 to 9).
Choose the action for the key from the drop-down list. You can only see the caller input keys that have been allocated to you by your administrator. If you choose the Transfer to Alternate Contact Number option, enter a number in the Extension Number field.
Click Save when complete to save the caller input settings or Cancel to abort.
You can edit caller input keys that you configured yourself by choosing a different Action for the key from the relevant drop-down list or by changing the target number (as applicable). Click Save when compete.
