Webex App Hunt Groups#

Webex Hunt Groups are synced and are available to be managed: added, removed, updated. This includes the update of the Internal Number Inventory.

  • Relation (for menu item): relation/WebexHuntGroup

Available fields on the input forms in VOSS Automate align with available fields in Webex Control Hub.

Add:

  • One or more Agents can be added to a Hunt Group by selected Id (email address).

  • From the Call Policies form, a defined Policy is selected.

Update:

  • Call Forward Settings are available when editing Webex Hunt Groups. Options can be to enable Always or Selective forwarding.

    Selective forwarding allows for a set of Rules to be added according to selected and configured criteria.
