Webex App Call Pickup#

Webex Pickup Groups are synced and are available to be managed: added, removed, updated:

  • Relation (for menu item): relation/WebexCallPickup

Available fields on the input forms in VOSS Automate align with available fields in Webex Control Hub.

Add:

  • Provide a Call Pickup Group Name.

  • One or more Agents can be added to a Call Pickup Group by selected Agent (email address).

Update:

  • Name cannot be modified. Delete and re-add to update the name.
