Automate Admin Portal Improvements
This release delivers a number of enhancements to the VOSS Automate Admin Portal. You can now switch form layouts between Panel and Tab display, and explore new ways to search in VOSS Automate. And we've updated the VOSS Automate default theme.
The new Admin Portal offers significant benefits over the Classic Admin interface and switching to the Admin Portal is highly recommended.
Number Inventory at Intermediate Nodes
This feature now allows you to add numbers at intermediate nodes, if required. This means that you can create groups of sites that share a common number inventory pool instead of having to choose only between customer and site-level inventory.
Microsoft Support in Dial Plan Templates
VOSS Automate now supports Microsoft dial plan elements in the generic dial plan, including tenant dial plan, SBC gateways, PSTN usage, voice routes, voice routing policies, and translation rules. This feature allows you to push and remove Microsoft Teams dial plan elements when adding customers and sites into the system, using VOSS Automate's generic dial plan.
Microsoft MACD Improvements
We've made a number of improvements to our Microsoft offering, including enhancements to flow through provisioning, improved onboarding for staged users, overbuild performance improvements, and call group support. Additionally, the PowerShell Proxy now uses secure communication by default.
Webex Room Onboarding
This feature provides an onboarding workflow and template to support the automated onboarding of new Webex cloud connected endpoints and related devices.
Write Back to Active Directory User during Quick Subscriber
This feature provides an option for Microsoft Active Directory LDAP servers to enable write back as part of the Quick Add Subscriber process for both Cisco and Microsoft.
Small enhancements and bug fixes
In addition to the new features and enhancements in this release, we've added several small enhancements, included a number of bug fixes, and implemented improved security to several areas of the system. You can find further details, including links to the relevant topics, on the 21.4 Documentation Portal.
