Edit Contact Center Servers

Perform these steps:

1. Log in to VOSS-4-UC as provider or reseller Administrator.

2. Choose the Customer hierarchy level.

3. Choose Services > Contact Center > Servers.

4. Click the Contact Center server that you want to edit and modify the required fields.

   Note:

   You cannot change the Contact Center server name.

5. Click Save.
