Delete Contact Center Servers¶
Prerequisites:
Delete the Contact Center service and parameters associated with Contact Center server.
Perform these steps:
- Log in to VOSS-4-UC as provider or reseller administrator.
- Choose the Customer hierarchy level.
- Choose Services > Contact Center > Servers.
- Select the check box in the leftmost column next to the Contact Center server that you want delete.
- Click Delete.
- From the popup window, click Yes to confirm the deletion.
