Delete Subscribers

This procedure deletes and unprovisions a subscriber.

Perform these steps:

  1. Log in to the VOSS-4-UC Admin GUI as a customer or site level administrator.

    • If you’re logged in as customer administrator for a specific site, all tabs and fields described in this procedure are visible to you.
    • If you’re logged in as site administrator, only a subset of the tabs and fields described in this procedure are visible.

  2. Choose a site from the hierarchy breadcrumb.

  3. Choose Subscriber Management > Subscribers.

  4. Select the checkbox for each subscriber you wish to remove; then, click Delete.

  5. Click Yes to confirm.

    The deleted subscriber is removed from the list. All elements associated with the subscriber are removed, except lines.

Note

For scenarios that include an LDAP-integrated Cisco Unified Communications Manager, users are deleted from the LDAP directory and not from the VOSS-4-UC system. Set up a data sync to synchronize the removal of the user.
