VOSS Migrate uses RBAC (Role-Based Access Control). There are three �levels� of User:

Users can edit their own details but only Administrators can create new users and assign access to projects.
Global Administrator
Administrators with no Projects assigned to them are Global Administrators. These users have acess to all Projects and can edit users (Global Administrators, Local Administrators and Standard Users) and assign them to Projects. By default the first user created on the system will be a Global Administrator.
Local Administrator
Administrators that have one or more Projects assigned to them are Local Administrators. This user-type can only view Projects to which they have been assigned access. However they can create new Projects and users (both Local Administrators and standard users). They also have the ability to assign users to any Projects they have access to.
Standard User
Standard Users can only access Projects they have been assigned. They have no rights to create other users but can update their own information.
