The VOSS Webhooks server receives call record notifications from Microsoft. The Webhooks server only receives call record IDs with minimal details. The Arbitrator periodically pulls these call record IDs from the Webhooks server. In order to do this, the Arbitrator requires access to the internet, specifically, to cloud.voss-solutions.com on port 443. |
