New Metaswitch alarming policies
We've created new alarming policies, probes, scripts, and data definitions for Metaswitch, allowing you to track performance data trends over time. Choose the metaswitch_snmp_creds.php collection script in Arbitrator when creating a probe for Metaswitch SNMP v2 and v3.
New Windows Forwarder server dashboard
This release adds a new dashboard to collect and display data for the Windows Forwarder Server. This dashboard provides a view of data across Windows and Cisco infrastructure to monitor health and statistics for Contact Centre server and related applications. Data is pulled into Arbitrator for the creation of the new dashboard.
VOSS branding and theming updates for Insights products
The Insights product continues to evolve under the VOSS brand. In this release, we're rolling our further replacements for legacy LayerX references, as well as replacement icons and images for reports, dashboards and folders, which reflect VOSS branding and theming.
Enhanced role management functionality
This version of the Insights Dashboard application ships with a new feature that allows you to create user roles and to configure role-based access to the system. Permissions can now be assigned via user roles, and non-admin users can also update their own passwords from the Access Control Editor.
Scheduled report file names and report names
We've added several usability improvements to the scheduled reporting functionality. You can now choose to simply view a scheduled report on the GUI (as well as sending the report via Email or SFTP). Additionally, you can override a default file name and specify the file name you prefer.
New NetFlow alerts
This version of Insights ships with a new set of standard alerts for DS9, as well as a new DS9 Configuration GUI for configuring these alerts. You can read about the new alert types, here.
Small enhancements and bug fixes
In addition to the new features and enhancements in this release, we've added several small enhancements, including a number of bug fixes.
