Unlock a Locked Out User

If a user is locked out on account of a credential policy violation, an administrator responsible for the user can unlock the user’s account.

Procedure

  1. Log in as provider, reseller, or customer admin.
  2. Choose User Management > Users.
  3. Click the user whose account you want to unlock.
  4. Click the Account Information tab.
  5. Clear the Locked check box.
  6. Click Save.
