Automated Database Cache Cleanup

From VOSS-4-UC release 19.3.2 onwards, it is no longer necessary to schedule or manually manage the database cache optimization using the voss trim-cache command. This command will be removed from release 20.1.1 onwards.

System Alerts raised for this and the warning on the platform CLI login: CACHE DATABASE MAINTENANCE NOT SCHEDULED can be ignored from VOSS-4-UC release 19.3.2 onwards.

A resource history is now maintained as a series of resource differences and is automatically optimized.

Note

A minimum retention period of 7 days is applied to resource differences in the resource history.
