Add UCCE service

This procedure adds a Cisco UCM Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) service.
.. note::

   * Only ONE instance of a UCCE server can be created for a CUCM cluster.
   * Only ONE instance of UCCE service can be created for a UCCE server.
   * For CUSP only ONE trunk of type CUSP needs to be added.
   * To delete a server, ensure the service is deleted first.


**Pre-requisites**:

* A customer and site dial plan is required to add a UCCE service.


**Perform these steps**:

1. Log in to the VOSS UI as Provider admin at the Customer hierarchy.
2. Go to the **CC Services** page.
3. Click the Plus icon to add a new Contact Center (UCCE) service. 
4. Configure the service. 

   * Fill out a unique name for the service and optionally, a description. 
   * Fill out the associated UCCE server name.
   * Add internal service numbers, one or more, and provide the service number pattern (route pattern) for each 
     instance.
5. Save your changes.
