Network URI specification
-------------------------

All network locations are specified as a URI, 
for example download locations, backup destinations, 
notification destinations, and so on.

The following are examples:

``mailto:user@host``

``sftp://user:password@host/directory``

``ssh://user:password@host/directory``

``snmp://community@host`` for SNMP v2

``snmp://community:password@host`` for SNMP v3
