Install country dial plan (.template file)

This procedure installs a new country dial plan using a **.template** file.

1. Extract the country dial plan **.template** file from the country dial plan package
   you downloaded from cisco.com.                 
#. Use *sftp* to transfer the country dial plan **.template** file to the platform user's
   media directory server.                          
#. Install the template with the ``app template media/<template_file>`` command.                                                         
#. Review the output from the ``app template`` command and confirm that the following 
   message displays: 
   
   Script /opt/platform/admin/home/template_<random_number>/install_script completed successfully
