Conference workflows

User details can be added if a valid server is available.

When adding Conferencing from this input form, mandatory fields are entered
on the Conferencing server.

Conferencing details can also be added as part of User Management.

Modify Conferencing details on the selected item, or also add and delete details
from the User Management page.

Deleting a conference item removes details from the **Conferencing** tab of User Management.
