Customize Help

This feature allows a Provider admin user to customize the CUCM FAC form help by cloning, then 
saving the help text on the **Customize Help** form to a lower hierarchy level.

Adding Help text to the codes allows administrators to understand the purpose of the 
different levels as implemented in the dial plan.

Help text can be added as Markdown or HTML in the input box and the Preview menu in the editor can 
then be used to show the formatted help text.
