Recommended RIS API data collector interval

It is recommended that, to determine the interval that the (RIS) data collector service should poll 
the Cisco UCM, consider that it takes approximately 14 minutes to collect information for around two hundred 
thousand phones on a cluster. 

The default value of the **RIS API data collector interval**, ``43200`` seconds (12 hours), can be adjusted 
accordingly.

   Collection processes run in parallel for each UCM on Automate.
