Storage of SKU Part Numbers with hard limit and cumulative/incremental usage counts. Admins set the license limits (LicenseAllocationLimit). As User's are provisioned and consume licenses, the LicensesConsumed field is incrementally increase per usage. Once this value exceeds the limit, provisioning is stopped with an error message, aborting the txn, indicating license limit has been exceeded.

An asterisk * in the title indicates the field is mandatory.
