User Services Report

The user services report provides a rudimentary overview of the service provisioned for the user and the status of Skype and Exchange move request.

Select the menu option Bulk Migration Tools > User Services Report > Generate to generate the report.

This deletes all existing report entries for current users in the system and visible at the hierarchy where the report is generated and re-creates a report for each AD user in the system.

Select the menu option Bulk Migration Tools > User Services Report > View to view the report once it is generated.

An X indicates that the service has been activated for the user.

The report can be exported.

The following services are supported:

Skype for Business Online and On-Prem
Exchange Online and On-Prem
MS Online Services (whether or not the user is licensed for MS Online Services).

An asterisk * in the title indicates the field is mandatory.
If a field has a default value, it is shown in the Description column.
If the field type is an array, the Field Name has a .[n] suffix, where n is the array index placeholder.
Object and array field names are listed to provide context. If a field belongs to an object or an array, the full field name is shown in dot separated notation.
