Generate User CSV Import File

If the Global Setting Generate and send Webex Teams User CSV file via Webex Teams message is enabled, any add or update of a Webex teams user will create a CSV file and attach it to an email message to the recipients specified. The message is sent through the Webex Teams message service.

The CSV file can be imported into Webex Teams Control Hub to update the users.

This task can also be carried out in bulk:

Navigate to the hierarchy of your Webex Teams users and choose the Generate User CSV Inport File menu.
Enter a Recipient Email Address
Click Save

Provided the following setting is enabled in the Global Settings, when a Webex App user is added or updated, a CSV file is created and attached to an email message, and sent to specified recipients via the Webex App message service: Generate and send Webex App User CSV file via Webex App message

The CSV file can be imported into Webex App Control Hub to update the users.

Generate and Send Webex App User CSV file

Prerequisite:

Enable the following setting in Global Settings: Generate and send Webex App User CSV file via Webex App message

Perform these steps:

In the Admin Portal, go to (default menus) Subscriber Management > Webex App > Generate User CSV Import File.
Choose the relevant hierarchy (the hierarchy of your Webex App users).
Fill out a Recipient Email Address
Click Save

An email message with a CSV attachment is sent. The CSV file contains the data of all the Webex App users.

An asterisk * in the title indicates the field is mandatory.
If a field has a default value, it is shown in the Description column.
If the field type is an array, the Field Name has a .[n] suffix, where n is the array index placeholder.
Object and array field names are listed to provide context. If a field belongs to an object or an array, the full field name is shown in dot separated notation.
