When customers use the new "replace phone" functionality in Cisco Unified CM 12.x, VOSS Automate identifies the phone as a new phone with CNF sync. These phones are imported at customer level.
Use the Quick Overbuild Phones & Lines menu to quickly move phones synced into VOSS Automate with the Change Notification Feature (CNF) at customer level to site level in accordance with only site level device pools.

| Note | Default: This View will launch an automatic overbuild to move Phones/Lines from a specific Customer down to Sites. Only Phones with Device Pools residing at Site level will be moved. Overbuild does NOT need to be enabled in the Site Defaults. Number Inventory entries will NOT be added or updated. This View has been designed specifically to cater for Phones which have been replaced directly on Unified CM or via the Unified CM Self-Provisioning IVR, which results in the replacement Phones being imported to Customer level. |
