For VOSS Automate, Unicode characters are supported only in the following fields:

* User Information in VOSS Automate User Management
* Description
* Contact Information (Address, City, State, Postal Code, Country, Extended Name,
  External Customer ID, Account ID, and Deal IDs)
* Phone Label
