Set Up Route Patterns

**Perform these steps**:

1. In VOSS Automate, select **Apps Management > CUCM > Route Patterns**.
2. Click **Add**.
3. On the **Pattern Definition** tab, from the **CUCM** drop-down, choose the CUCM
   and then enter the **Route Pattern** name and description.
4. From the **Route Partition** drop-down, choose the required route partition.
5. In the **Destination (Only Choose Route List or Gateway)** section of the page,
   choose either a **Route List** or **Gateway/Trunk** from the respective drop-down.
6. Click **Save**.
