Verify Web Proxy Sanity

Purpose
.......

To prevent cluster processes from failing silently due to a misconfigured cluster,
a web proxy should not have any database or VOSS application services present or
running.

Procedure
.........

1. Log in on all webproxy nodes.
2. Run the following command:

   **app status | grep "voss-deviceapi\|selfservice\|mongodb"**
3. Check for any output from the command.
   A healthy node should simply return to the command prompt
   with no output from the command.
