.. _edit_contact_center_services: Edit Contact Center Services ---------------------------- **Perform these steps**: 1. Log in to VOSS Automate as provider or reseller administrator. 2. Choose the customer hierarchy level. 3. Choose **Services > Contact Center > Services**. 4. Click the Contact Center service that you want to edit, and modify the required fields. Note: You cannot change Contact Center Service Name. 5. Click **Save**.
