Delete Contact Center Servers
-----------------------------

**Prerequisites**:

Delete the Contact Center service and parameters associated with Contact Center
server.

**Perform these steps**:

1. Log in to VOSS Automate as provider or reseller administrator.
2. Choose the Customer hierarchy level.
3. Choose **Services > Contact Center > Servers**.
4. Select the check box in the leftmost column next to the Contact Center server
   that you want delete.
5. Click **Delete**.
6. From the popup window, click **Yes** to confirm the deletion.
