Subscriber Functions

* *fn.process_subscriber_line_data*: Used in workflows - a single            
  parameter called input is the           
  workflow input context, containing      
  line data. The function returns line    
  patterns and partitions found in any    
  of Phone, DeviceProfile,                
  RemoteDestinationProfile.
