Recommended RIS API Data Collector Interval

As a guideline to determine the interval that the (RIS) data collector service
should poll the Unified CM, consider that:

* it takes about 14 minutes to collect information for around 200K phones on a cluster

The default value of the **RIS API data collector interval**:
``43200`` seconds (12 hours) can be adjusted accordingly.

   Collection processes run in parallel for each Unified CM on VOSS Automate.
