.. _concepts-view-subscribers: View Subscribers ----------------- .. _19.1.1|EKB-1111: .. _19.2.1|VOSS-636: .. _21.1|VOSS-795: The Subscribers summary list view in the VOSS-4-UC Admin Portal displays: * All subscribers from a given hierarchy and down (Reseller, Provider, Customer, or Site). * Each subscriber's currently provisioned services, grouped by vendor. .. note:: To access this page (via the default menus): * Single vendor environment: In the Admin Portal, go to **Subscriber Management > Subscribers** * Multi vendor environment: In the Admin Portal, go to **User Management > User Services > Multi Vendor Subscribers** Click on a subscriber to access subscriber management functions for a selected subscriber. In the VOSS-4-UC Admin GUI, hybrid multi-vendor subscribers are identified in the lists via a **Hybrid Status** column, and the primary line configured for the subscriber. Voicemail The subscriber's provisioned voicemail services, listed by vendor. Conferencing The subscriber's conferencing services, listed by vendor, for example, Webex Teams, MS Teams, Pexip, Zoom. Collaboration The subscriber's messaging services, listed by vendor, for example, WebEx, MS Teams, Zoom. Primary Line The line extension used as the primary line (a pre-allocated administrator line, and associated E164 number). =============== ============================================================================ ..
