Manage Caller Input Keys¶
- Click Voicemail on the button bar to open the Voicemail Settings screen.
- In the Caller Input area of the screen, configure the caller input keys:
- Click on the required key (*, #, or 0 to 9).
- Choose the action for the key from the drop-down list. You can only see the caller input keys that have been allocated to you by your administrator. If you choose the Transfer to Alternate Contact Number option, enter a number in the Extension Number field.
- Click Save when complete to save the caller input settings or Cancel to abort.
You can edit caller input keys that you configured yourself by choosing a different Action for the key from the relevant drop-down list or by changing the target number (as applicable). Click Save when compete.
