Selecting Items

Items that have already been created can be deleted or modified as required. This can be performed either on single items or multiple items.

  1. For a single item in the list view, click the required single item that you want to delete or modify.
  2. For multiple items in the list view, select the check box for each item that you want to delete or modify. If the list view of items spans more than one page, items can be selected on each page as required.
  3. Click an action on the button bar, for example Export, to carry out the task on the selected items, where relevant.

Note

  • Some actions such as Export Bulk Load Template, Field Display Policy and Configuration Template apply to the type of item and are not affected by the item selection.
  • Some actions such as Bulk Modify depend on whether your administrator has given you the required permissions.

Important Things to Consider when Selecting Items

  • Items selected across multiple pages remain selected until the transaction (or export) is complete, at which time all selected items are cleared.
  • Items selected while on a specific menu, e.g. Subscribers, are automatically cleared as soon as you select a different menu.
  • Items selected across multiple pages are cleared upon filter selection on either the column header or the filter button on the page footer.
  • Manually clear selected items on one or more pages by selecting and then clearing the check box located on the left of the first column in the header row.
