Model: view/PurgeCucmUser
Local-Purge CUCM User
If the same user is synced from multiple Unified CMs, it will result in a duplicate
user on VOSS-4-UC.
Use this procedure to purge a single Unified CM user from the VOSS-4-UC database
only, while leaving it on the associated Unified CM.
Procedure
- Log in as provider administrator or higher.
- Set the hierarchy path to the hierarchy node where the Unified CM server is.
- Choose User Management > Sync & Purge > Local-Purge CUCM User.
- Complete the following fields.

Choose the Cisco Unified CM from which the
user was synced. |
User Name |
From the User Name drop-down list, choose
the user you want to delete from VOSS-4-UC. |
- Click Save to purge the selected user from VOSS-4-UC. Note that the user
will remain on the associated Unified CM.
Model Details: view/PurgeCucmUser
- An asterisk * in the title indicates the field is mandatory.
- If a field has a default value, it is shown in the Description column.
- If the field type is an array, the Field Name has a .[n] suffix, where n is the array index placeholder.
- Object and array field names are listed to provide context. If a field belongs to an object or an array,
the full field name is shown in dot separated notation.
