Updates to Languages

Updates to official VOSS-4-UC languages or languages that have been added upon client request are made available as template files that can be installed by an administrator who has access to the VOSS-4-UC Command Line Interface (CLI) and the app template command.

The template files will update the language(s) in the translation database.
