.. _unlock_a_locked_out_user: Unlock a Locked Out User ------------------------ If a user is locked out on account of a credential policy violation, an administrator responsible for the user can unlock the user's account. Procedure ......... 1. Log in as provider, reseller, or customer admin. 2. Choose **User Management > Users**. 3. Click the user whose account you want to unlock. 4. Click the **Account Information** tab. 5. Clear the **Locked** check box. 6. Click **Save**.
