Unlock a Locked Out Administrator¶
If an administrator is locked out on account of a credential policy violation, an administrator at a hierarchy node above the locked out administrator can unlock the administrator’s account.
Procedure¶
- Log in as provider, reseller, or customer admin, depending on the location of the locked out administrator.
- Choose User Management > Local Admins.
- Click the administrator whose account you want to unlock.
- Click the Account Information tab.
- Clear the Locked check box.
- Click Save.
