Check GUI Access

Before sending the email to get the container sandbox name associated
with the user, it is best practice to log on to the GUI of the system
to make sure there are no networking issues as these will need to be
resolved before the setup can be completed.

Open up an internet browser and navigate to ``https://<public or private ip>:5000``

   If it is a private network you may need to be on the corporate network to access the collector GUI.
